By accessing or using Kovrio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for:

- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and truthful account information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kovrio.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kovrio to:
- Post or distribute illegal content
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content

- Scrape or harvest user data without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

4. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you post on Kovrio. By posting content, you grant Kovrio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the platform.
You represent that you have the rights to post any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Community guidelines
Communities on Kovrio are subject to both these Terms and community-specific rules set by community administrators. Community admins have authority to moderate content and members within their communities, consistent with these Terms.
Kovrio reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
6. Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Kovrio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kovrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to use it.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
